Family & Self-Directed Services
Personal Support
Personal support maintains heath, safety, and basic quality of life. Our staff will focus on these goals while taking care of your loved ones. Once we evaluate each client's plan we tailor training to meet clients' needs. We conduct training once per month.
Emotional Support
Emotional Support helps to learn and practice behaviors consistent with goals while minimizing interfering behaviors. Our staff will focus on these goals while taking care of your loved ones. We are here to help improve the quality of your life and your loved ones'.
Relationship Support
Relational support helps to establish and maintain positive relationships with immediate family members, friends, or others in order to build a natural support network, and community. Our staff will focus on these goals as they are described in your plan.
Transportation Support
Transportation support is designed to accomplish identified goals thorough gaining access to community services, activities, and resources. Our staff must have a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Records.
Respite Care
Child care designed to take place in your home on a one on one basis while you work, attend school, or simply need a break. Our staff are background checked, CPR, and First Aid Certified.
Family Support
We want to find solutions that best fits your family. Not all family needs are created equal. We do this through getting necessary information from you so we can best match you with the right candidate.
